Terms And Conditions

MOUSA LLC, DBA HOLY LAND Tours (“HOLY LAND TOURS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a professional tour operator specializing in leisure tours. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions, in addition to our privacy policy, the terms or our suppliers, along with any other documents provided by HOLY LAND Tours to the participant (“participant” “you”, “your”) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and the parties agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Please be aware that these terms and conditions contain waivers of liability as well as waiver of class action and venue selection and notice clauses. By making any payments (cash, credit card, ach, wire or otherwise) or by submitting a registration form towards any tour constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you are the booking owner or have registered others on their behalf then your acceptance of these terms and conditions apply to all the individuals under your account. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE GUIDED VACATION PRICE: HOLY LAND Tours strives to be the most transparent, fairly priced and high-quality christian pilgrimage company. Instead of providing hundreds of confusing customizations, we decided to focus on a few itineraries and make them the best they can possibly be. The following is included in your vacation price: Intra-trip Travel: By private motor coach, and any necessary transfers (reference your specific itinerary for details). There is no refund for missed or unused transfers. Guided Vacation: According to transportation as detailed in your personal itinerary. Hotel Accommodation: Participants are registered and priced at double occupancy by default, unless otherwise noted on their registration form. Single rooms are subject to availability and are an additional cost. Participants should be aware that hotel room sizes, standards and facilities can vary regionally and are often different from standards in the United States. This can include differences in bed sizes and room sizes, bathroom amenities, amenities such as air-conditioning and compliance with other standards such as ADA and wheelchair accessibility. One of the joys of international travel is experiencing different cultures and different ways of life so we hope that you will accept these differences with grace and a sense of adventure. HOLY LAND Tours reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute other similar hotels for hotels listed on your itinerary. Such substitutions may be made at any time and without prior notice. We cannot be held responsible for hotel over-bookings; should such occur, we will undertake to find similar accommodations in the same area. Such substitutions are at HOLY LAND Tours sole discretion and no refunds will be offered for changes in accommodations. While we exercise due diligence in the selection of our partners, hotel and other accommodations, profiles are based on information provided to us by the supplier. This includes images and descriptions of the properties and rooms. Additionally, Participants should be aware that star ratings or similar systems are based on country classifications and therefore can differ. While HOLY LAND Tours does its best to maintain current and accurate information regarding these suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in supplier descriptions, amenities, or images. Tour Guide: Guided vacations are conducted in English by a professional Tour Guide ("Tour Leader"). Meals: Meals and any beverages are included as detailed in individual itineraries. Sightseeing: Experiences and entrance fees are included as detailed in individual itineraries. While no changes are anticipated, there may be occasions when certain alterations become necessary. These can be due to religious holidays, national celebrations, or unforeseen events including weather, governmental closures, acts of God, or any other reason. HOLY LAND Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary due to such unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Additionally, historic sites undergo renovations from time to time which can obscure viewing or otherwise change the nature of visiting these sites. No tours will be cancelled due to renovations, although HOLY LAND Tours may choose to amend itineraries for such sites. These changes will not be considered a material change and will not be considered cause for cancellation by the guest. If we suggest alternate activities in place of a planned stop or in case of leisure time, such suggestions do not constitute our endorsement. In such a case you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the activity and your only recourse in case of damage will be against the supplier of the alternate activity. Tips/Gratuities: All tips to guides, drivers and hotel staff are included. NOT INCLUDED: Passport and Visas, travel insurance, meals and beverages not mentioned on the itinerary or extra beyond the standard menu, telephone calls, laundry, mini-bar, tips at meals (optional), excess baggage, seat assignment and upgrade fees, credit or debit card processing fees of 2.9% (online ACH & eCheck payments have no fees). The price does not cover costs and expenses, including your return home, if you leave the guided holiday/vacation whether of your own volition, our decision based on behavior that disrupts the trip, due to illness, action by any government or other reason. This list is illustrative and not a complete list of every item not included. CREDIT CARD/ACH BOOKINGS: While we do accept electronic transfers and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Discover, by registering for a trip, you are providing us authorization for every charge for your trip. Your authorization is an agreement for us to charge your card or initiate an electronic transfer and an acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions including the cancellation terms. As such you agree not to make any improper chargebacks. In certain cases, you have the ability to dispute charges with credit card companies ("chargebacks"). Before initiating a chargeback, we ask you first to call us to discuss any questions or concerns about our charges. We will work with you in attempting to resolve your concerns. By using our service to make a reservation, you accept and agree to our cancellation policy. HOLY LAND Tours retains the right to dispute any chargeback that is improper and recover any costs, including attorney’s fees related to improper chargebacks. Additionally, in the event of an improper chargeback, we retain the right to cancel any travel reservation related to that improper chargeback. The following chargeback scenarios are improper, and we retain the right to investigate and rebut any such chargeback claims: Chargebacks resulting from non-cancellable reservations, whether or not the reservation is used. DOCUMENTS: All guests require a valid passport. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the return date. A passport card will NOT be accepted as an alternative to a passport book and will result in denial of boarding by the airlines and entry by legal authorities. Please inquire with the appropriate embassies for country specific requirements. It is the guest’s sole responsibility to secure and/or pay for any and all visas, reciprocity fees, affidavits, immunizations, etc. that are required to be permitted entry into each destination. In some countries you may be subject to entry (reciprocity) fees and/or departure taxes/ exit fees which will be collected at the airports upon entry/departure by local government authorities. Please note that entry to any country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. For up-to-date detailed information on travel documents and visas, entry/exit taxes and further information on entry and exit requirements please check with your local consular services. Obtaining and carrying these documents is your sole responsibility. HOLY LAND Tours bears no responsibility for such information and will not be responsible for advising and/or obtaining required travel documentation for any guest, or for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your vacation related to improper documentation or government decisions about entry. HEALTH: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. By offering reservations for travel in particular international destinations, holy land Tours does not represent or warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. holy land Tours will not be liable for damages Chargebacks resulting from non-cancellable reservations, whether or not the reservation is used. Chargebacks resulting from charges authorized by family, friends, associates or other third parties with direct access to your credit card. This does not include credit card fraud. Chargebacks arising from inconsistency or inaccuracy with regard to the supplier’s product description. Chargebacks resulting from force majeure or other circumstances that are beyond the control of HOLY LAND Tours or the Supplier. Chargebacks resulting because you do not agree with the cancellation policy. or losses that result from travel to such destinations. MEDICAL CONDITION: We endeavor to provide the highest level of service to all our passengers. Participants who require special assistance must be accompanied by a qualified helper who assumes total responsibility for the participants’ well-being. Guest must not require special assistance from HOLY LAND Tours or its suppliers. Participants with disabilities must notify HOLY LAND Tours in writing no later than the Trip Registration Deadline of status and identity of their non-discounted, paid travel companion who will be responsible for providing all necessary assistance. This pilgrimage demands a lot of walking and can be strenuous. HOLY LAND Tours is not responsible for any medical conditions that occur prior to, during, or after the tour. Participants with disabilities should notify HOLY LAND Tours if ADA accessible accommodations are needed. HOLY LAND Tours will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate this request, but cannot be responsible if ADA accommodations are not available. Any accommodations provided will be at the sole expense of the guest requiring the accommodation. SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: For safety and liability reasons, HOLY LAND Tours and its representatives cannot be responsible for directly accommodating any food allergies, or dietary requirements and restrictions, and is not responsible for any issues or problems associated with the same. All scenarios and special dietary requests regarding food and drink, including allergies, or dietary requirements and restrictions, are the sole responsibility of the participant. While most meal establishments can offer general options, HOLY LAND Tours cannot guarantee that options will be available. Just in case, we recommend packing extra food/snacks if accommodations cannot be met. Should a group member have special dietary requirements, that group member shall be solely responsible for any additional expense to their meal plan. CONDUCT EXPECTED: Each participant is expected to act responsibly and adhere to all behavior guidelines established by the Tour Guide and/or Tour Manager. Any failure to respond to the guidance of the Tour Guide and/or Tour Manager can result in the immediate return home of the offending participant. Any participant sent home for behavior or disciplinary issues will be sent at their sole expense, and no refunds will be available for any portion of the trip. Additionally, participants shall hereby defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HOLY LAND Tours against any, and all third-party claims arising out of any conduct or omission in breach of these terms and conditions or that otherwise create liability for HOLY LAND Tours. TOUR GUIDES/MANAGERS: HOLY LAND Tours and the Tour Manager/Tour Guide accompanying the trip reserve the right to make additions and deletions as believed advisable or necessary for the well-being of the group in their sole discretion. Tour Guides are not employees of HOLY LAND Tours. CHANGING DATES: If your tour is 240 or more days away, you may move your reservation to a new tour date for a change fee of $500 per person. All payments made towards the originally scheduled tour will be transferred towards the new tour date. If the new tour date is priced higher than the originally scheduled tour, the difference in price will be applied to the new reservation. TOUR CANCELLATION: On rare occasion, a tour departure may be cancelled due to lack of participation. In the event that HOLY LAND Tours would decide to cancel a departure, a full refund will be issued. HOLY LAND Tours in not responsible and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through HOLY LAND Tours. FORCE MAJEURE: We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or you otherwise suffer any loss, injury, death, inconvenience or damage as a result of circumstances amounting to “force majeure”. “Force majeure” means any event or circumstances which we or the supplier of the services in question could not foresee or avoid. Such events and circumstances may include, acts of God, actual or threatened, war, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil action, decisions by governments or governing authority, government regulations or advisories, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes of schedules or operational decisions of air carriers, terrorist activity or the threat thereof, industrial action, natural or nuclear activity, epidemics/pandemics or the threat thereof, quarantine, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. Cancellation for any of these reasons will not be eligible for refund. TOUR ALTERATIONS: While no changes are anticipated, there may be unforeseen occasions when certain alterations become necessary, either due to changes to the airline schedule or any other reason. All Masses are subject to local church schedules and substitution with alternate Mass sites if churches mentioned are not available. HOLY LAND Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary due to such unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. These changes will not be considered a material breach of this Agreement. TRAVEL PROTECTION: It is the Participant’s responsibility to protect their purchases. For this reason, Travel Protection Coverage including additional cancel for any reason coverage is strongly recommended. Such plan should cover Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Medical Expense, Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, and Baggage. Travel protection plans can help protect you in the event of loss of non-refundable trip deposits and payments that result from cancellation or trip interruption (due to a covered reason such as injury or illness before or during the trip). It also helps with reimbursement for medical emergency costs (including very costly medical evacuation costs), missed connections and baggage loss. Travel Protection Plans including cancel for any reason coverage must be purchased in close conjunction with your travel purchase. HOLY LAND Tours is not qualified to answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, and conditions of travel insurance plans. HOLY LAND Tours cannot evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured's existing insurance coverage. If you have any questions about your travel protection, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker. Declining to purchase an adequate travel protection plan could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. You also acknowledge that without this coverage, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred. If you choose to travel without adequate coverage, we will not be liable for any of your losses howsoever arising, for which trip protection plan coverage would otherwise have been available. AGE DISCLAIMER: Participants joining our pilgrimages must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. TRAVEL WAIVER: By registering for any of our trips, you must abide by the terms listed in our travel waiver. Please read through the terms of the travel waiver listed below. It's important to note that although potential health risks and associated restrictions are discussed throughout this waiver, it does not necessarily mean these risks or restrictions exist today. If you have questions about current restrictions for your trip, please contact our team at info@holylandtourism.com - I certify that I am willingly participating in this tour and take full responsibility for all risks involved, including but not limited to health, monetary, inconveniences, quarantines, itinerary changes, etc. - I understand that travel restrictions, health requirements, and safety mandates are determined individually by each government entity, airline partner, and travel provider. These rules may change without notice, and I agree to abide by all necessary requirements to participate in this tour. I acknowledge that travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by a government entity, supplier, or other third parties over which HOLY LAND Tours has no control. - I understand that my itinerary and sites visited may change at any time to accommodate any new travel restrictions. - I understand that although my tour is currently active, HOLY LAND Tours will continue to monitor the situation and reserves the right to postpone the tour at any moment. I also understand that in the event that new restrictions are imposed on allowable tour group sizes, HOLY LAND Tours also reserves the right to postpone the trip as well. - I understand that there are risks of testing positive for a contagious disease before, during, or after the trip. I am aware that outside of health risks, this could also lead to denial of boarding a flight, not being able to participate on the tour, missing parts of the tour, quarantine, etc. I understand that although HOLY LAND Tours will assist me in the event this happens, HOLY LAND Tours will not reimburse me and is not responsible for additional fees incurred as a result. These fees include and are not limited to; additional hotel stays, transportation costs, meals, flight changes, testing, etc. - I understand that in the event I am unable to board my flight due to a positive test for a contagious disease and would like to reschedule my trip to a future date, HOLY LAND Tours will work with all its suppliers and do its best to help make the necessary adjustments. I also understand that there will be fees assessed for making these changes and that fees may vary for each traveler. - I understand that although HOLY LAND Tours will do its best to provide information on travel requirements for its clients departing from the USA, it is my responsibility to check these requirements for myself. I also understand that I will not hold HOLY LAND Tours responsible for any misinformation or outdated requirements they provide. I also understand that acquiring all documents required for traveling i.e. passports, visas, proof of vaccination, and test results is my responsibility. I am also aware that a valid passport for at least 6 months after my tour return date is required to board my flight internationally. - I understand that any tests required and the method of administration while on the tour are outside HOLY LAND Tours’ control. I am also aware that these testing and sampling methods are subject to change at any time. - I understand that if proof of vaccination and/or receipt of a booster shot is required, I will carry this proof with me while on the trip and provide it if necessary. I am also aware that all testing costs while on the tour will be the responsibility of each traveler. - I acknowledge the contagious nature of various diseases and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by such diseases while traveling. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and possible death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with HOLY LAND Tours. - I understand that this travel waiver is not meant to provide an all-inclusive list of all risks involved in traveling on the tour. I also understand that I assume all risks, listed or not listed in this travel waiver, and fully release and forever discharge HOLY LAND Tours, its employees, contractors, local suppliers, officers, and agents from all liability in connection with my participation on the tour. - I understand that this travel waiver is subject to change. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: HOLY LAND Tours hereby expressly disclaims any liability for any personal injury, property damage, Loss of baggage, accident, delay or irregularity, any claim for special or consequential damages or any other loss which maybe occasioned by the acts and/or omissions, whether negligent, intentional, wrongful or otherwise, of any air carrier, hotel/motel or other lodging operator, railroad operator, bus operator, public transportation, sea carrier, local sightseeing company, tour operator, tour leader or spiritual director, any employees thereof, or any other entity or individual not under the direct supervision and control of HOLY LAND Tours when engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection there with. HOLY LAND Tours likewise expressly disclaims any responsibility for losses or expenses incurred, or inconvenience caused, due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults, over booking of hotels or airlines, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantines, acts of terrorism, constructions, war, force majeure or other such events which are beyond HOLY LAND Tour's control. HOLY LAND Tours likewise hereby expressly disclaims any liability for statements, actions or inactions of any intermediary agents such as group administrators, spiritual directors or tour leaders, travel agents or any other intermediary involved with the selling, promotion or operation of its tours. Group administrators, spiritual leaders and tour leaders likewise hereby expressly disclaim any liability for the acts and/or omissions of any of the above entities and/or individuals not directly under their supervision or control. Please be advised that the liability of carriers as well as providers of hotel and lodging accommodations is limited by law, and you may thus wish to consider purchasing additional insurance to protect yourself against any losses or injuries suffered as a result of their acts and/or omissions. In all instances, In the event that the tour leader and/or spiritual director named in a brochure or itinerary does not travel with the group, and a substitute is not named to replace such person(s), then HOLY LAND Tours reserves the right to make substitutions of its choosing for such person(s) in the operation of the tour. ADDITIONAL RISKS: Additional risks and dangers may arise including, but not limited to, hazards of travel by motor coach, aircraft and other means of conveyance, slips and or trips and falls, weather including excessive sun, and rain, forces of nature, political unrest, other unrest, viruses, risks associated with water, food, plants, insects and acts of national and local governments and unrest and acts of others against governments. These risks are not an exhaustive list but are examples of many kinds of risks. You are voluntarily participating in these activities with the knowledge that there are significant dangers involved, and you hereby agree to accept any and all risks. As lawful consideration for the agreement with HOLY LAND Tours to participate in such trips and activities you agree you will not make a claim against HOLY LAND Tours, its related companies or its personnel or sue for bodily injury, emotional trauma, death, property loss or damage or other loss, cost or expense, however caused, as a result of or related to your contracting for, traveling to or from, or in any and every other way participating in the trip. You release HOLY LAND Tours, its related companies and its personnel from any and all claims, known or unknown, arising from contracting for, traveling to or from, and in any and every way participating in a trip. This release of liability and assumption of risk agreement is entered into on behalf of you and all members of your family and party, also including minors. This agreement also binds your heirs, legal representatives and assigns. Where the guest occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither HOLY LAND Tours nor the Operator nor its agents or co-operating organizations or service providers will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any loss or damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such an accident or incident. This exclusion and limitation of liability shall not be used to imply that the Operator or its agents or affiliated entities are liable in other circumstances. VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHIC LIKENESS: Any photographic, film, video likeness or audio recordings of participants while on tour may be edited and used by HOLY LAND Tours in future marketing campaigns and on the HOLY LAND Tours website without any notification or compensation to the participant. BROCHURE PRINTING DISCLAIMER: HOLY LAND Tours is not responsible for any typographic or printing error in any brochure, itinerary, confirmation, or related material. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be held unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remainder shall remain enforceable. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW / LIMITATION OF DAMAGES / CLASS ACTION WAIVER / NOTICE: These Booking Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by the laws of the state of ALABAMA without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any claims must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA. You agree that you will only bring claims against HOLY LAND Tours in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. HOLY LAND Tours shall not in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and your payment of a deposit on a trip means that you agree to these conditions of sale and expressly waive any right to punitive damages. All guest claims must be submitted in writing and received by HOLY LAND Tours no later than thirty (30) days after the completion of the HOLY LAND Tours vacation. Guest claims not submitted and received within this time shall be deemed waived and barred. AMENDMENTS: HOLY LAND Tours reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time as the result of any material changes to legislation or regulation, or for any other reason. All amended Terms and Conditions shall automatically be effective upon being posted on our website. Accordingly, all are expected to check the content of relevant tours on our website, and its terms and conditions prior to booking and prior to travel in order to ensure they are aware of any changes. If upon returning from your trip, you wish to inquire about any services provided, please ensure that all correspondence is received by email to info@holylandtourism.com, within 30 days of the tour completion date. This will enable us to make a timely investigation. Cancelation policy: Once a deposit or full payment has been made, cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds for flights cancellation will not be accepted: Reservations & Payments: Your tour reservation will be confirmed based on availability at the time of booking completed Registration Form are required to make your reservation by paying full amount of your booking. Mousa LLC will accept all major credit cards. The credit card used for payment must be owned by the traveler. Third-party credit cards are not acceptable. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card charges will only be processed upon completion of the tour registration form and must be owned by the Thirdparty credit cards are not acceptable. Booking Alteration: After you have registered for a tour, you may make alterations to your booking the right to accept or denial your request and it will not refund it to you. Flights: Flights ticket is paid separately. Flight ticket it nonrefundable and non-transferable after tickets are issued. Before purchasing your ticket, please review your airline terms and conditions for additional requirements and restrictions. Prices: tour prices are for land packages only and are inclusive of land and services taxes. Rates are per person in US dollars and are based on double occupancy in a room. Our tour package rates do not include airfare, airport taxes, fuel surcharges and all other taxes related to your airfare. In case of human or computer error Mousa LLC reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. Reservations & Payments for tours departing: Your tour reservation will be confirmed based on availability at the time of booking. The credit card used for payment must be owned by the traveler. Third-party credit cards are not acceptable. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card charges will only be processed upon completion of the tour registration form and must be owned by the traveler. Third-party credit cards are not acceptable. Cancellation Policy for private group tours Once a deposit or full payment has been made, cancellations will not be accepted. Tour Date Rebooking Fee: If you choose to change your tour date, you will be responsible for paying any difference in tour price due to price increases. If you have purchased airfare, you will also be responsible for any additional airfare cost and/or airlines’ penalties related to the change of date. Prices: Prices are per person and are based upon shared twin room occupancy. In case of human or computer error MOUSA LLC reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. Health & Medical Conditions: Most of our tours require a walking ability of 2 miles (average) a day on uneven surfaces in most archaeological sites that may lack proper signage and accessibility amenities. MOUSA LLC is not responsible for evaluating whether this tour is physically suitable for you. It is the sole responsibility of the travelers to make sure that they are physically able to handle the day by day activities and sightseeing. We are not responsible for any medical conditions or health issues that may occur during the tour. Please advise us if there is any medical condition/s that can prevent you from participating in day-by-day walking / touring. Mousa LLC is not responsible for any injuries that occur along the tour or any medical needs during your trip. We highly advice the purchase of travel insurance. Travel Protection: Travelex travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more. Passport and Documentation: Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your exit date from your travel destination. For more specific visa requirements, please contact the relevant consulate for update information. MOUSA LLC is not responsible for providing any travel documents to any of our destinations, including visas. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to confirm with the consulate of each country visited, about any necessary travel documentation/visas required to enter these countries. Airlines and Air Tickets: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that MOUSA LLC has the correctly spelled names for air tickets reservations. Due to newly introduced security measures, any name change, including minor spelling corrections, may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. MOUSA LLC will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Airfare & Ticket Revisions: Passengers are responsible for providing accurate passport names for air tickets reservations. MOUSA LLC will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Once tickets are issued, name/s change/s or any ticket revisions will be subject to an air carrier rebooking fee. Passengers are responsible to reconfirm their flights 72 hours prior to departure for all flights. Airport Taxes and Fees: All airline tickets are subject to a variety of foreign and domestic government taxes which include security charges, the September 11th Security Fee, airport facility charges, customs and immigration fees, inspection fees, fuel surcharges and more. The total of these taxes may vary and will be approximately anywhere between $50 and $350 per passenger and are collected by MOUSA LLC. Taxes and fees are subject to change. Airport taxes & fees which appear on the invoice reflect the taxes and fees that are applicable when the original reservation is completed. These taxes and fees may vary prior to airline tickets being issued. We reserve the right to amend the airport taxes & fees to reflect any changes prior to ticketing. Baggage: Luggage is the responsibility of the passengers/s and that of the airlines. For lost/delayed luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly. As all airlines differ and restrictions change periodically, we recommend that you call the airline directly with questions about your baggage allowance. MOUSA LLC shall not be held responsible for any delay or damage to or loss of luggage and/or personal items. Tour Itinerary: MOUSA LLC. reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, MOUSA LLC will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. If the tour services as indicated by the itinerary cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of MOUSA LLC, we will arrange for provision of comparable services. MOUSA LLC reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever MOUSA LLC. deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience, and safety of the participant at any time. No refund will be paid for unused services such as: transfers, sightseeing, meals, hotel accommodation, entrance fees, and others that are listed in the tour program. Tour Cancellation: Escorted tour packages are based upon a minimum number of participants. MOUSA LLC reserves the right to cancel any listed tour departures in case of lack of participation. Cancellation of any tour for lack of participation will be advised at least 30 days prior to the tour’s departure. In case of tour cancellation, tour payments will be refunded excluding airfare cancellation penalty. Alternatively, in case of tour cancellation, you will be offered an equivalent tour in similar departure date. Gratuities: Please consult with your tour specialist for up-to-date tipping recommendations in your travel destination. Meals: Meals are based on the hotel’s or restaurant’s buffet or set menu. In general, beverages Hotels Accommodation: Hotels will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. All rooms are standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management on a run-of-house basis. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for third person. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late night flight is being used. Not Included: Items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, beverages, coffee, tea, meals other than described in the tour details, any other service not described as included, passport and visa fees, travel protection, and airport taxes and fuel surcharges. Passenger Information: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that MOUSA LLC has the correctly spelled name, address, email and fax data for all passengers. Names printed on the invoice must exactly match the first and last name written in their passport (middle names or initials are not needed). MOUSA LLC will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive an invoice or documents due to inaccurate information. Documents: Your tour documents, including paper air tickets or E Ticket receipts, tour confirmation voucher and all other related information, will be sent approximately two to three weeks prior to departure provided full payments has been received. Post Office Box numbers cannot be used for delivery of travel documents. Please provide a complete street address. Escorted Tours Cancellations: Escorted tours are based upon a minimum number of participants. Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention, or US State Department warning will be subject to the above fees, provided the program is deemed able to continue. Should MOUSA LLC elect to cancel the departure for any of these reasons, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from suppliers, however no guarantees can be provided on their behalf. Photography: Any photographs and/or digital images of you taken during our tour could be used in MOUSA LLC marketing material.
